The Glorious Twelfth and the start of the shooting season

The glorious twelfth marks that start of the 2020 shooting season and for those who are fortunate enough to be shooting today I hope it’s a thoroughly enjoyable day.

Years ago I was asked by Ribble Valley Live Magazine to write an article about grouse shooting and the beautiful moorland, which included some amazing photos from a days grouse shooting at the Bolton Abbey Estate.
