Good to meet Coco the Cocker

It was great to meet Coco the Cocker Spaniel yesterday. We’d started Coco’s training pre-collection with a virtual lesson to prepare the family for their first dog. This ensured a routine was established from the moment she arrived home. It was followed up with virtual puppy training lessons assisting with any behavioural issues they may have and ensuring the training is structured and fun.

Yesterday‘s lesson was our first practical lesson and it proved that all the training we’d done through my training programme has worked. Coco is being trained by their teenage son and it’s his intension to work him in the shooting field. Already the bond they have is great.

Establishing a good solid training routine from day one has helped. There are still areas that need work but fortunately, I have been on hand throughout to correct any slippages swiftly. Coco is young and excitable but by following my rules, she is respectful towards her owner and listens to him. They are enjoying the training and I look forward to seeing their progress next time.
