Exercise Your Dog Whatever The Weather

January has been cold and wet so far but that shouldn’t surprise us. I have had to reorganise some lessons because the training fields are waterlogged. However, none of this means you should not exercise your dog. I spoke to someone this week who told me they don’t walk their dog when it’s icy. No one likes slipping about on the pavement but it’s an obligation of dog ownership that your dog is walked twice a day.

Virtual Lessons To Keep Up Your Training

It may not be ideal conditions for training outside. However, my virtual lessons take place in the comfort of your now home so there’s no excuse. Time at home over Christmas has highlighted problems for a lot of dog owners. As a result, I am getting enquiries for virtual lessons on a daily basis. Don’t forget, if you are getting a new puppy, these virtual lessons include pre/post puppy training so you get off to the very best start with your training.

Already the days are getting a little longer and spring is around the corner. Keep your routine and exercise your dog now and your walks in the warmer, drier days will be all the more enjoyable.
