Iris & Wren’s Training Journey

I’m delighted to be starting a training journey with two Springer Spaniels from the same litter. The breeder featured my blog about Iris on their social media and as a result, I was approached by Jack and Lucy, who have Wren from this litter. They have had two virtual lessons already and are making great progress. With both dogs, we are using The Tessleymoor Way to build the bond. Through basic commands and consistency, we are working towards creating a well behaved puppy that’s keen to learn.

Wren goes to work with Jack and so needs to be settled in the workplace. On my recommendation, he now has a crate for her at work, instead of allowing her to roam around. He takes regular breaks outside with her, which he finds great for his health and wellbeing too.

As Iris and Wren approach 12 weeks, they are both booked in for their first practical lessons with me in the next week. It will be great to meet these puppies and follow their progress.
