WOW – Caspar is a big Puppy

Caspar is a 6 month old German Shepherd puppy who’s started pushing boudaries with his owners.

His owners already own an older Husky dog. Their Husky wasn’t bought as a puppy, so when he arrived at 12 months he already had behavioural, especially no recall, something Husky’s are know for especially if not corrected at a young age.

It’s important that Caspar can be walked on a loose lead without pulling. More importantly they want to be able to let Caspar off the lead knowing they have great recall, something that will never happen with their Husky.

Today’s first assessment puppy lesson was a huge eye opener for his owner, I was able demonstrate loose lead heel within minutes, to the total amusement of his owner. If time and consistency with Caspar’s training is followed I have no doubt he will become the well behaved dog his owners are dreaming of.
